MIL-PRF-3420 Test Specimens

Metaspec manufactures test specimens required by military specification MIL-PRF-3420, which covers opaque volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) treated wrapping materials. This specification uses several tests that are outlined in MIL-STD-3010.
