SAE AMS-QQ-P-416 Corrosion Test Specimens

Separate corrosion resistance test specimens in compliance with SAE AMS-QQ-P-416 (Aerospace Material Specification for electrodeposited cadmium plating). The corrosion resistance test is part of quality production control; when this test can't be performed on the plated parts, then separate specimens are used. These separate specimens are 4" x 6" x 0.04". The specimen material should be the same as the comparable cadmium-plated parts. Customized test specimens are available on request.
