SAE AMS-C-26074 §4.3.2 Test Specimens

Separate test specimens used in quality testing by SAE AMS-C-26074 (Electroless Nickel Coatings). These separate test specimens (or test strips) are used in coating quality testing when the coated parts are of a shape, size, or form that doesn't allow testing per the methods outlined SAE AMS-C-26074. Each specimen is 1" x 4" x 0.040". The test strips are made from the same metal as the plated parts.
