MIL-H-22072 §4.6.11 Test Panels

Test panels used in MIL-H-22072 §4.6.11 stirring corrosion testing. These test panels measure 1" x 3/8" x 1/16" and have a 1/4" center hole. The test method calls for panels made from different metals: 
QQ-C-576 Copper
QQ-B-728 Class B Manganese Bronze
QQ-B-639 / C464 Naval Brass
MIL-S-22698 Grade DH-36 Steel
MIL-S-18729 Condition A Steel
The test panels are assembled according to Figure 2, and are held in electrical contact by a 302 stainless steel washer (3/4" OD, 1/4" ID, 1/32" thick). Fluoropolymer (Teflon or equivalent) washers and Buna-N synthetic rubber o-rings are also used.
