MIL-DTL-85054 §4.4.1 Test Disks & Test Panels

Test disks and panels required for testing corrosion preventive compound by MIL-DTL-85054. These test specimens comply with MIL-DTL-85054 §4.4.1. The panels are 2" x 4" x 1/8" and the disks are 2.125" in diameter and 0.063" thick. The test panels and disks are made of SAE 1020 steel (AMS 5046) and are polished 240 grit AO. The edges are deburred. Hanging holes or other modifications are available on request.
These test disks and panels are used in MIL-DTL-85054 test paragraphs 4.6.1, 4.6.2, 4.6.3, 4.6.6.3, 4.6.7, 4.6.9 and 4.6.10.
