MIL-DTL-4339 §4.3.2.6.2 Corrosion Spot Test Specimens

Metal test specimens for corrosion testing by military specification MIL-DTL-4339 §4.3.2.6.2 (Spot Test). The test requires three metal test panels (2024 bare aluminum, 110 copper, and 1020 low-carbon steel, each 2" x 2") and one solder sample (50/50 tin-lead solder, 1" x 1"). The aluminum, copper, and steel test specimens are polished on one side to 8 Ra (micro-inch). Each specimen is packed individually and is lot traceable to the original material.
