FTM 5321 SOD Test Panels

Lead and copper test panels used in FTM 5321 lead corrosion testing (also called SOD test). The test measures the corrosive effect of lubricating oils on lead in the presence of a copper catalyst. The test panels are 1-3/8" x 1-5/8" x 1/16" with a 3/16" center hole. The test panels are polished before testing. Customized test panels for modified versions of this test are available on request.
