Ford BI 024-01 Test Panels

Test panels used in Ford Laboratory Test Method BI 024-01 (Corrosion Testing of Threaded Fastener Finishes). These test panels are 4" x 6" x 0.032". The panels have five holes where the test fasteners are screwed or bolted in place for testing. The hole size depends on the fasteners being tested. Ford BI 024-01 test panels can be made from a range of different metals.
