ASTM D5041 Plastic Adherend Test Panels

Plastic adherend test panels used in ASTM D5041 (Fracture Strength in Cleavage of Adhesives in Bonded Joints). Each panel is 6" x 6" x 0.1", and is cut from flat semirigid plastic. These test panels are also referred to as flat adherends. These test panels are bonded (or adhered) in pairs with the test adhesive to form a laminated test assembly.
